At TrendPaisa, we are committed to providing exceptional digital resources, premium content, and advanced AI business tools. Because our products are digital and provide immediate access to proprietary information and software, we enforce a strict but fair refund and cancellation policy. By purchasing a TrendPaisa Pro or Elite membership, or any individual digital product, you agree to these terms.

1. Subscription Cancellations

You have complete control over your membership. You may cancel your TrendPaisa Pro or Elite subscription at any time through your "My Account" dashboard.

  • When you cancel, you will continue to have full access to your premium benefits until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
  • Your subscription will not renew at the end of the cycle, and you will not be charged further.
  • Upon expiration of the cycle, your access to premium articles, Discord, AI tools, and ad-free browsing will automatically be revoked.

2. Refund Policy for Memberships

Due to the immediate access nature of our digital content, exclusive community, and the computing costs associated with the AI Business Analyst tool, we do not offer prorated refunds for partially used subscription periods. Once a monthly billing cycle has been initiated and access has been granted, that payment is non-refundable. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription prior to your next renewal date.

3. Digital Courses & One-Time Purchases

Sales for individual digital courses, playbooks, or downloadable assets are final. If you experience technical difficulties accessing a purchased resource, please contact our support team immediately so we can resolve the issue and ensure delivery.

4. Extenuating Circumstances & Disputes

We value our community. If you believe there has been a billing error, a double charge, or a fraudulent transaction, please contact us within 7 days of the charge. We review these claims on a case-by-case basis and will immediately refund confirmed billing errors.
