Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Policy Overview
At TrendPaisa, we are committed to delivering high-quality, actionable insights through our premium subscription tiers (Pro and Elite). Because our products are digital and include immediate access to proprietary networks, AI tools, and downloadable courses, we enforce a strict but fair refund policy to protect our intellectual property and server resources.
By purchasing a subscription on TrendPaisa, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. The 3-Day Refund Rule
We want you to be confident in your decision to join the TrendPaisa Inner Circle. We offer a 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee for all first-time buyers of our Pro and Elite memberships.
- You have exactly 72 hours from the exact timestamp of your initial purchase to request a full refund.
- If a refund is processed, you will immediately lose access to all premium articles, the private Discord server, and the AI Business Analyst tool.
ONCE THE 72-HOUR (3-DAY) WINDOW HAS EXPIRED, YOUR PAYMENT BECOMES STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE FOR THE REMAINDER OF THAT MONTH'S BILLING CYCLE. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE FOR FORGOTTEN CANCELLATIONS OR LACK OF USE.
3. Monthly Auto-Renewals
TrendPaisa Pro and Elite tiers are recurring monthly subscriptions. By entering your payment information, you authorize us to automatically charge your card every 30 days until you explicitly cancel.
Auto-renewals are strictly non-refundable. It is your sole responsibility to manage your subscription and cancel before your next billing date if you no longer wish to maintain premium access. We do not issue prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations.
4. How to Cancel
Canceling your subscription is easy and can be done at any time without having to contact support.
- Log in to your TrendPaisa account.
- Navigate to your My Account / Billing Dashboard.
- Select your active subscription and click "Cancel".
If you cancel after the 3-day refund window, your card will not be charged again, and you will retain access to your premium features until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
5. Non-Refundable Items & Abuse
The 3-day refund guarantee applies to genuine users testing the platform. The following scenarios immediately void your eligibility for a refund, even within the 3-day window:
- Excessive Usage: If you generate an excessive amount of reports via the AI Business Analyst tool within the first 3 days, it will be considered an abuse of the trial period.
- Account Sharing: If our systems detect that your login credentials have been shared with non-paying users.
- Terms Violation: If you are banned from the TrendPaisa Discord server or website for violating community guidelines, spamming, or scraping data.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you have an issue with a billing charge, we ask that you contact [email protected] first.
Filing a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider for a valid, non-refundable charge will result in an immediate, permanent ban from the TrendPaisa network. We also reserve the right to submit all usage logs, login IP addresses, and accepted terms of service to the payment gateway to contest fraudulent disputes.
